School ReadinessProgram

The school readiness program that is provided at Reach Out is a highly individualized program and designed specifically for your child’s individual needs. The targets for your child’s program are compiled following your child’s initial assessment by a BCBA. Meetings are held with parents, to determine main priorities to incorporate into the program to help with skills at home. The aim of the program is to transition the child into mainstream nursery or school following successful completion of the program. The program is run at the ratio of 1:1. Activities are run independently as well as part of a group. Group activities would include snack time, circle time, music class and art activities. The program includes Speech and Occupational therapy services.
