Reach Out was established in 2008 by Suzanne Nicholas, a British-educated special needs professional who has been based in Dubai for over 30 years.
The mission of the centre is to provide the best therapy services and support to children and adolescents with ASD and developmental delay, in the fields of applied behaviour analysis; school shadowing; speech therapy; and occupational therapy. We understand that each child and every family that we meet is unique, and therapy is tailored to their individual needs.
As a multi-disciplinary team, we work closely together, to ensure that each child has a high quality programme of specialised therapy. We also provide training workshops to parents and professionals.
We are committed to assisting children with Autism and developmental delays reach their full potential through providing evidence and research-based treatment based on the principles of ABA (Applied Behaviour Analysis). ABA has several thousand studies across populations proving its effectiveness working with children with additional needs.
Our BCBAs (Board Certified Behaviour Analyst), BCaBA’S (Board certified assistant behaviour analyst) assess the current skill level of each child and create a treatment plan centered on Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA), tailored specifically to each child. All of our team are BCBA or RBT (Registered Behaviour Technician) qualified and registered with the BACB.

Book an initial free consultation with the Director/Manager. This is a 30-60-minute consultation to discuss concerns, developmental and medical history of your child This appointment is free of charge.
BCBA/Speech
Free of charge initial screening will be arranged with the BCBA/Speech or Occupational therapy. This is a consultation lasting 45-60 minutes. Recommendations are made.

Registration, documents inclusive of consent to services are completed and therapy begins. Our team carries out a multidisciplinary assessment to establish your child’s skills and needs. Our team developers an Individualised Therapy Plan based on your child's needs and barriers to learning, across various disciplines identified in the assessment. A detailed file with data on progress is kept, allowing us to update programs and keep detailed records on the progress of your child.

Reach Out is a specialist Child development centre based in JLT Dubai. We established in 2008 to provide therapy services to children and adolescents with Autism and developmental delays. We provide a safe and nurturing environment and work passionately with all of our children and support families on their therapy journey. We provide support to parents and families and advice how to continue the learning goals in the home and community.
Reach Out professionals work closely with the child’s educational setting and ensure a collaborative approach to learning. Beginning a therapy program for your child as a family, can be daunting and emotional. Our team will support you every step of the way. Detailed feedback is given daily to parents and you have a communication diary to keep track of the sessions and progress of your child. Communication and collaboration is the key to having a successful program for your child.
