The frequency and duration of the sessions will be discussed following your child’s assessment. This is dependent on many factors, including your child’s age, other interventions receiving and family circumstances.

Data is taken on every target during your child’s ABA sessions. This allows your BCBA to monitor progress, move targets on and identify any areas that your child is finding challenging. Feedback is given at the end of each session, if you cannot attend the session then a home book is provided with information from each session. A formal report is given after initial session and then every 6 months following that. These reports are included in your program and have no additional charge.

For centre based sessions, please bring nappies and wipes if your child is not toilet trained, spare clothes and a snack or lunch if your child will be here over lunch time. We do not require you to bring any resources for centre based sessions.

For home, based sessions, therapists will bring resources. A good range of imaginative play toys and puzzles should be available at home.

A parent or familiar care-giver is recommended to be present for the first few sessions to ensure your child feels secure in a new environment and you’re available if the therapist needs you. We have a waiting area inside the centre. Once you and your child is comfortable, you are welcome to leave and return to the centre 10 minutes prior to collection time to receive feedback from your child’s therapist.

We work with a number of highly reputable schools and nurseries in Dubai. Support at school can be provide. We liaise closely with any education or child care provider, to ensure that we have a collaborative approach and work on goals together.
